You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to the billing dashboard within your account settings and follow the cancellation instructions. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to the premium features of the platform until that billing cycle concludes.
Due to the nature of our AI processing services and the immediate costs incurred by us for utilizing computing resources and third-party APIs upon usage, all charges are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused time, or accidental subscriptions.
The only exceptions to this strict no-refund policy are instances where a refund is strictly mandated by the consumer protection laws applicable in your legal jurisdiction. If you believe you have been billed in error or fraud has occurred, you must contact us immediately so we can investigate the transaction.
