You must not upload any malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or extract data using automated means without our explicit permission, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully against any individual in the hiring process.
The TalyAI platform, including its original content, features, proprietary algorithms, and functionality, is owned by TalyAI Inc and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. By submitting content (such as job descriptions or CVs) to the platform, you grant us a license to use, process, and store that content to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TalyAI Inc, its affiliates, directors, employees, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TalyAI Inc is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
